Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious shared service center in the financial sector based in Porto, that is currently looking for na HR Systems Administrator (M/F).
Key responsibilities
- Development and deployment of new functionality, including
- Working with the business to understand requirements;
- Developing solutions to business needs;
- Deployment of both the technical solution and the process;
- Training and change management;
- Ensuring that the solution is employee focused to give a consistent end user experience.
- Ensuring a user-focused experience;
- Working with the various company entities to ensure that systems are well administered, and processes and functionalities are deployed successfully;
- Actively participating in developing the systems roadmap;
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company data security policies;
- Driving continuous improvement of deliveries and of team ways of working;
- Communication with business stakeholders;
- Being the interface between the business and the provider(s) to troubleshoot technical issue.
Profile
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience;
- Two year minimum SuccessFactors administrator experience including, but not limited to Employee Central, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Learning.
- Ambitious, proactive, positive attitude and a permanent wish to learn & discover new things;
- Team player as well as able to work autonomously.
- Listening skills and open-minded towards other cultures/people;
- Rigorous and methodical.
